Scope of Work:

On Areas BF-1 through BF and FF2, remove and dispose of the existing roof material down to plywood deck and associated penetration flashings. Repair as needed or replace plywood decking to match existing. Install new PVC roofing system as drawn and specified.

Sealed bids for the Roof Replacement at Spanish Springs High School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on February 6, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
