Listing Information/Advertisement:

Sealed bids will be received on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, by the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government Purchasing Division, at 301 Plant Road, in Houma, Louisiana until 2:00  P. M., as shown on the Purchasing Division’s Conference Room Clock, at that time and place bids will publicly opened and read aloud.

Paper copies: To view or obtain paper copies, please contact Green Point Engineering, LLC at 701 Loyola Drive, New Orleans, Louisiana 70113. Th bidder’s cost for each set of documents is $100.00, which is the cost of reproduction. Deposits on the first set of documents, furnished to bona fide prime bidders, will be fully refunded upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) calendar days after receipt of bids. All sets furnished to subcontractors and suppliers will be non-refundable. Good condition is defined as free from all pencil, pen, highlighter, and other marks, free of significant tears, and free of missing sheets of pages. Partial sets of documents will not be issued.

A Non- Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 12, 2024, at 10:00 am at the office of Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government, Pollution Control Division, 2000 St. Louis Canal Road, Houma Louisiana 70364.
