TO: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

This Addendum supersedes, supplements and has precedence over all portions of the

bidding documents with which it differs. Acknowledgement of this Addendum is required

in the Bid Form in the space provided. Failure to acknowledge and respond to any

addenda issued by the District may, in the District’s sole discretion, render the Bidder to

be deemed non-responsive or incomplete.

Clarification

1. Please clarify, for growth options, are you requesting initial 1G circuit have

growth options to 10G circuits and initial 10G circuits have growth options up

to 100G, or all sites to have growth to 100G?

Answer: The District is requesting growth options to 100GB for all sites in the

increments specified.

Pricing is requested for the initial speeds requested. The District is

requesting pricing for all sites to have growth options to 100GB, in

the increments specified.
