Scope of Services
It is the intent of this invitation for bid to engage with a successful Bidder(s) to purchase

a holiday tree lighting system based on a fixed price, in accordance with the following

specifications listed herein. It is understood that there may be additions or deletions to

the list specified herein during the life of this contract as dictated by KUA’s service

protocols.
It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to Purchase an integrated tree lighting system complete

with installation based on a fix price for the purpose of providing Holiday Lighting in the Downtown

Kissimmee Area, in accordance with the specifications listed herein. It is understood that there may

be additions or deletions to the lists specified herein. KUA shall purchase equipment and manage the

installation contract with Contractor. After project completion and final written acceptance, ownership

of the system shall pass to the City of Kissimmee. All equipment and installation warranties shall be

transferable from KUA to City of Kissimmee.
