Description: 7/25/25 Addendum # 2 has been posted7/17/25 Addendum # 1 has been posted The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids from qualified vendors to Rehabilitate two (2) Concrete Stairwells at New Rochelle located at 515 North Avenue here in New Rochelle, New York. Please see Exhibit E for photos of existing conditions. All work shall be completed no later than 30 days from full contract execution. A Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting will be held on July 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.  The meeting will begin at the Security Desk of New Rochelle City Hall located at 515 North Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801. The Security Desk is located off the parking lot which is located on Beaufort Place. The Pre-Bid Walk-through Meeting is not mandatory; however, potential bidders are strongly encouraged attend.
