Demolition and disposal of the existing steel structure and roof canopy. Reconstruction of the steel structure, roof canopy, station amenities, resurfacing of the existing concrete elevated platforms, and installation of new screens, benches, railings, and pavement. Bid security must accompany each bid and must be in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid price if the base bid exceeds $50,000.00.
