The City of San Antonio is soliciting a request for offers from qualified vendors to provide gift cards for On-Demand Transportation (such as Rideshare) inside and outside of the Bexar County area for the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District (SAMHD) in accordance with the specifications listed herein.
