Project Description

EBMUD is soliciting proposals for Asphaltic Cement and Concrete Saw Cutting Services, Request for Proposal (RFP) No. ESS 0626. The East Bay Municipal Utility District (District) invites all qualified asphaltic cement and concrete saw cutting services contractors to provide their services throughout the District service area.

Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026. Completed proposal should be emailed to: Andrew Elkin, Construction & Maintenance Scheduler, andrew.elkin@ebmud.com and Steve Callahan, Assistant Construction & Maintenance Superintendent, steven.callahan@ebmud.com .
