The new system is scheduled to go live on July 1,2026, and represents a significant step forward in improving efficiency, transparency, and serviceacross our financial and procurement operations.As part of this transition, Jefferson Parish will soon begin a phased migration from ourlegacy Financial Management System to our new ERP. During this time, certain financial andprocurement activities will be limited or temporarily paused to shift workflows and data to the newsystem. Specifically, this includes the issuance of new Purchase Orders, the awarding of newcontracts, and the processing of invoices for payment. We strongly encourage vendors to planaccordingly to minimize any disruption to your operations.Additionally, ALL VENDORS will be REQUIRED to register in the new Infor Supplier Portalto interact with the Parish’s Purchasing Department to ensure continued eligibility for paymentsand contract opportunities with the Parish. Through the new Infor self-service Supplier Portal, ourvendors will be able to better manage their profiles, respond to solicitations, track PurchaseOrders, and upload invoices, certifications, insurance documents, and licenses.Registering in the Infor Supplier Portal is MANDATORY. The material shall include but not be limited to: Preformed Thermoplastic PavementMarking Lines, Letters, Legends, and Symbols. All material and legends shall conform to thesespecifications and to those listed in the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, 2009 Edition.PREMARK/OR APPROVED EQUALPREFORMED THERMOPLASTIC PAVEMENT MARKING MATERIALDESCRIPTION: A durable, retroreflective preformed thermoplastic pavement marking material suitablefor use as roadway, intersection, commercial or private pavement delineation and markings.This specification describes a durable, retroreflective preformed thermoplastic pavement markingmaterial that is applied using the propane torch method recommended by the manufacturer, to theroad surface in a molten state by mechanical means. The material must be able to be applied withoutminimum requirements for ambient and road temperatures and without any preheating of thepavement to a specific temperature. Upon cooling to normal pavement temperatures, the resultingtraffic marking shall produce a stripe of specified thickness and width that is retroreflective in dry andwet conditions and capable of resisting deformation by traffic.a) The markings must be a resilient white, yellow, or other color thermoplastic product withuniformly distributed glass beads throughout the entire cross-sectional area. The markings mustbe resistant to the detrimental effects of motor fuels, lubricants, hydraulic fluids, antifreeze, etc.Lines, legends and symbols are capable of being affixed to bituminous and/or portland cementconcrete pavements by the use of the normal heat of a propane torch. Other colors shall beavailable as required.b) The markings must be capable of conforming to pavement contours, breaks and faults throughthe action of traffic at normal pavement temperatures. The markings shall have resealingcharacteristics, such that it is capable of fusing with itself and previously applied thermoplasticwhen heated with the torch.c) The markings shall not have minimum ambient and road temperature requirements forapplication, storage, or handling.d) Sealer shall be required for all markings on portland cement concrete and other non-bituminoussurfaces where the marking is at street level and would be subjected to vehicular traffic.
