All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on May 28, 2026. Sealed bids shall be sealed in a plain envelope marked on the outside with the words “2026-2027 Oil-Chip Seal 27-00000-11-GM” and delivered to the City Clerk during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid opening time.
