DESCRIPTION OF RFP:

● Cumberland County is seeking proposals for Roof Replacement at the Cumberland

County Jail (CCJ).

● The work comprises replacing 10 individual roofs at the CCJ meeting the bid package

specifications.

● Eligible firms may obtain an RFP package to be submitted by contacting the County

via email at francoeur@cumberlandcounty.org. Completed package due by 2pm on

February 4, 2026.

● Mandatory pre-bid walk-through scheduled for January 14, 2026 at 2pm.

● The Cumberland County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any

and all submissions and, at their discretion, to waive all formalities.

At this time, all provisions and clauses of the RFP remain unchanged.
