SCF25-1155 Facility Condition Assessments and Data Base RFP

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking qualified firms to perform a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) across its diverse portfolio of facilities. In addition, SCF requires a centralized database solution to organize and manage the collected condition data. This project is to support strategic decision‐making related to capital planning, prioritizing maintenance needs,
and optimizing facility management.
