Description: Camden County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking bids to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and Air Conditioner units for the Camden County Jail. There is an optional pre-bid meeting scheduled for November 19 th , 2024 at 9:00AM. Sealed bids must be received at the office of the Purchasing Officer, P.O. Box 99, 200 East 4 th Street, Woodbine, GA 31569 no later than2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5 th 2024, referencing Camden County Jail AC Replacement #B25-3300-10, at which time they will be opened and bidders name publicly read.  No bid shall be withdrawn after the closing time for a period of ninety (90) days.
