Each portal will be designed and delivered based on Boulder County specifications and business rules. Background: The Board of Equalization Appeals software initiative in Boulder County is part of a modernization effort to replace an end-of-life in-house solution. The goal is to create a sustainable system that supports property tax appeal submissions and ensures fair and equalized assessments for taxpayers.
