1CALL FOR BIDSNotice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of Redmond, Washington,no later than 11:10 a.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026, for the construction of Bel-Red RoadBuffered Bike Lanes - Schedule B and C, Project No. 2329. The Subcontractor List must besubmitted with the bid package within the deadline listed above. The bids will immediatelythereafter be opened and publicly read. Bid Proposals received after the deadline will not beconsidered.All bids shall be submitted following the instructions outlined in Section 1-02.9. The bid openingwill be held via Microsoft Teams Live Event about 11:30 a.m. to allow time to download the bids.Prior to the bid opening, the link to the webcast will be provided on BXWA and the City’swebsite at redmond.gov/bids (in the bid item for this project).The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of approximately 900 linear feet of streetimprovements, including but not limited to channelization, pavement overlay and repair, andsignal work . Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $650,000 to $800,000. All physical work shallbe completed in the time specified in Section 1-08.5.Plans, Contract Provisions, addenda, pertinent supplementary information, and plan holders listfor this project are available on-line through Builders Exchange of Washington athttp://www.bxwa.com. Click on: “Posted Projects”; “Public Works”, “City of Redmond”. Biddersare encouraged to “Register as a Bidder”, in order to receive automatic email notification offuture addenda and to be placed on the “Bidders List”. Bidders that do not register will not benotified of addenda or other documents added.
