Description: The Town of Truro-Department of Public Works-Invitation for Bids (IFB) Sealed bids for the Truro Department of Public Works PFAS Mitigation Project will be received at the Truro Town Hall, 24 Town Hall Road, until 2:00PM on May 20, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Project Scope:  The work includes the construction of an impermeable soil cap containing approximately 8,000 square feet of geomembrane and geosynthetic clay liner, general soil grading and management, and the construction of a permeable reactive barrier (PRB) wall using sonic drilling and DualSorb.  The work will be completed under the direction of the Town of Truro's Licensed Site Professional, HRP Associates, Inc.
