Project Description

PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Little River Water Association is interested in acquiring the services of an engineer to provide the necessary services to design and construct improvements to the water system including replacement of water service meters, renovations to the distribution system, and renovations to the treatment facility, and related facilities.
The project is proposed to be funded by a grant/loan from Arkansas Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Division and other possible funding sources.
Procedures for selection of an engineer will be in accordance with procurement requirements of the State of Arkansas.
Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from Shelly Isbel, Little River Water Association, 1888 AR-77, Osceola, AR 72730, or by calling 870-531-2158. Responses should be submitted to Austin Metheny, Little River Water Association, 1888 AR-77, Osceola, AR 72730, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday August 17, 2026.
