Notes	The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and qualified to provide citywide landscape maintenance and mowing services. The City of College Station reserves the right to select multiple qualified landscape contractors to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposal. The RFP specifications, Excel pricing worksheet and site maps shall be downloaded from the Brazos Valley e-Market Place. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at City of College Station, 300 Krenek Tap Rd, Municipal Court Bldg, Second floor, Room 203, Conference Room A, at 2:00 P.M on Tuesday, April 15. 2025. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory attendance is highly recommended.
