Summary

The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide: installation of new stormwater system items in the 300 block of Green Street, east of the intersection of Green Street and Battle Avenue, and between Beehive Way and Chelsea Drive, Winchester VA.
