Description: In effort to best utilize the recently acquired Government Services Building (formerly OMI) and meet the needs of Yamhill County government offices and the public they serve, Yamhill County is seeking bids from qualified and experienced General Contractors, for the completion of a Design-Bid-Build renovation.  Yamhill County collaborated with SERA Architects, Inc, to develop the design drawings and specifications found with the ITB Documents.
