  The County of Marin is seeking a service provider to develop and operate a pilot Microenterprise Support Program (MSP) in Marin County. The goal of this program is to support microenterprises and entrepreneurs across Marin County, with explicit support for entrepreneurs in communities of color, immigrant communities, rural communities, and low-income communities; without exclusion of any person or group within Marin County. The County of Marin has allocated $250,000 in funding for this RFP, to cover a two-year pilot period.
