Project Description: The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive bids for Backup Airport Operations Center (AOC) Construction. This solicitation is for a general contracting bid to perform selective demolition and reconstruction of a new Backup Airport Operations Center (AOC). The Backup AOC will be located in the currently "abandoned" control tower at CVG's South ARFF facility. The scope includes removing the raised flooring system and redundant control console, followed by reconstruction with new finishes and MEP upgrades as outlined in the project specifications.
