RFQ 2526-52 Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) Services

The FACILITIES AND CONSTRUCTION DIVISION of the City of Norman, Oklahoma, is soliciting proposals for CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT at RISK (CMaR). These services will be for the construction of a Norman Housing Hub aka the Norman Homeless Shelter facility located on Reed Avenue, south of Main Street in Norman, Oklahoma. The City may consider other opportunities for programming and/or construction.
