Description: The proposed project consists of new 5.00’ concrete sidewalk along the southern side of East Arch St (from McCardell St to Glenwood Ave), the eastern side of South Hughes St (from East Arch St to Sumter St), the eastern side of South Ferguson St (from East Arch St to Sumter St), the Northern side of Sumter St (from South Hughes St to Chester St), and Harris St (from Sumter St to Glenwood Ave). Improvements will include the new sidewalk, minor stormwater improvements, a section of curb and gutter, handrails, and associated grading in order for the proposed sidewalk to meet ADA Standards.
