Notes	NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lauderhill Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking sealed bids for the following project: Wingate Plaza - Phase B & C – Storefront Renovations BID NUMBER: 2026-001 Lauderhill Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) The CRA will accept sealed bids until 3:45 P.M. (EST) on November 24 , 2025 . All bids must be submitted electronically via IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net . Bids will be opened at 4:00 P.M. (EST) on the same day. Bids received after 3:45 P.M. (EST) will not be considered. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain bids from qualified General Contractors to complete the construction of storefront renovations at Wingate Plaza, 1249–1281 NW 31st Avenue, Lauderhill, FL 33311 (Broward County) , in a professional and timely manner. All bidders are required to register online with the City of Lauderhill prior to submitting a bid. The registration link is: http://www.lauderhill-fl.gov .
