Description: The Town of Madison (ToM) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced commercial general contractors to construct renovations/improvements to the Locker Room and Toilet Room areas of the Town Campus Gym facility, located at 4 Campus Drive, Madison, CT. Renovations/improvements consist of flooring, wall tile, toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures and accessories, shower stall rebuilds / replumbing, painting, minor electrical, door replacement, and other associated work. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 10:00AM in the Main Lobby of the Madison Town Campus Gym, 4 Campus Drive, Madison, CT 06443. Contractors must attend the pre-bid conference in order for their bid to be considered. This will be the only opportunity to view the jobsite and existing conditions.
