The Immokalee Pioneer Museum is on the National Register of Historic Places and a locally designated Historic Site. Therefore, all materials calling for compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties must be complied with, and the General Contractor and its subcontractors are a required to comply with the provided scope within the signed and sealed drawings.
