Description: Utah County is requesting Bids for removal of sediment and debris from the Thistle Debris Basin; disposal of sediment and debris at a designated site nearby; erosion control measures. This project is partially funded through a FEMA Public Assistance Grant and FEMA requirements apply. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Utah County Public Works, located at 2855 S State St, Provo, UT 84606. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is required in order to be eligible to bid on the project.
