Description: The Town of Madison, Connecticut is seeking SEALED Bids from interested General Contractors for the renovations and conversion of the existing Academy School into a new Community Center, located at Academy and School Streets in Madison, Connecticut 06443, and as documented within the bid package from QA+M Architects. To obtain a complete description of the work (including drawings and specifications), interested persons may obtain copies of the Request for Bid documents via the Town Website ( www.madisonct.org/RFP ) and the Connecticut Department of Administration contracting portal ( https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/BidBoard ). The bid package will be due no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
