Description: The Town of Agawam is requesting quotes from a qualified contractor the installation of gymnasium equipment at five (5) municipal schools. The project will consist of:  Removal and disposition of existing basketball backstops and padding, and installation of new owner purchased Porter Athletic Co. equipment at five (5) elementary schools, all of which is described in the attached procurement package. All contractors should submit pricing using the Form for Quote. The contractor must complete the non-collusion and tax-compliance form. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive contractor with the lowest quote. The person awarded the contract will be required to sign the Town’s Owner Contractor Agreement.  Payment Bond: The successful bidder must furnish a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the contract price upon execution. A mandatory Pre-bid Conference/site inspection will begin at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at the sites, 1 St Granger Elementary 31 S.
