Description: RFQ to provide TA for up to two transitional post-IBHTF discharge housing providers, as described in Second Substitute House Bill (2SHB) 1929, to increase connections and partnerships between young adult IBHTF discharge planners and community housing support resources to increase the number of young adults who discharge from behavioral health settings into safe and stable housing. HCA intends to award one contract to provide the services described in this RFQ.
