Notes	The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a vendor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise required to perform spring clean-up/cutback and mulching of specified public garden beds. Since the work requires specialized expertise, it must be performed by a company which derives the majority of its annual income from landscape work, and whose employees are highly trained and skilled in all phases of landscaping including plant ID. Work performance history and references may be required by the City. All Bids must be received through IonWave. The City of Upper Arlington encourages all businesses, including minority and women-owned businesses to respond.
