CORRECTION: The location of the Bid Opening has been changed. The date and time of the bid

opening shall be as noted in Addendum #1. Bid proposals are due at the following location:

Sealed bids for the construction of the following project will be received by the Department of

Public Works, 101 Russell Street, Litchfield, CT 06759 until Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 10:30

A.M. after which time no further bids will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. The bids will be publicly

opened and read at the Public Works Garage, 101 Russell Street, Litchfield, CT 06759.
