This contract is subject to state spending allocation goals and contract compliance requirements. Bidders must hold a current DAS Prequalification Certificate for GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP B) and submit a copy of DAS Prequalification Certificate & Update (Bid) Statement with Bids pursuant to CGS §4b-91. Bid Deposit: 5% Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: July 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Meet at the Yerwood Center, located at 90 Fairfield Ave, Stamford, CT 06902 Project Manager: Sean McGarrity, Clerk of the Works III All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com ). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
