REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

for

RANCH AT BRECKENRIDGE PHASE 2 TRAIL CONSTRUCTION

Proposals Due:
July 21, 2025, by 5:00 pm MST

Overview
Summit County Government (“County”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide services for the following: trail corridor clearing, new trail tread construction, and bridge construction for Ranch at Breckenridge Phase 2 Trails. Details of specific tasks and project locations are outlined in Attachment 1 - Scope of Work. A mandatory site visit will be held July 8 th at 10am. Meet at the intersection of Baldy Road and True Romance Trail.
