Project Description: The project includes the following work: Renovate existing 325 SF space in UWMC Northwest B-Wing to create a pharmacy chemotherapy compounding room to support new inpatient oncology unit. The scope will include remodel of an existing staff lounge, connector, and office into a pharmacy compounding area with a bio safety cabinet. Construction to include all new flooring, paint, door, electrical, exhaust fans, and plumbing.

Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at 7:00 am on Thursday December 12, 2024, at University of Washington Medical Center Northwest – C-Wing near the old cafeteria entrance at 1550 N 115th St. Seattle, WA 98104 as shown on map: https://www.uwmedicine.org/locations/uwmc-northwest-map

Access to the project site is restricted. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to visit the Project site.
