Project Description: The City of Little Rock Planning and Development Department is seeking a contractor to pour a 4” thick ADA compliant concrete sidewalk with access ramps along the 400 block of E 16th Street from Rock Street to Commerce Street. Project to include excavation and pour, cleanup and haul away of any loose rocks and debris, as well as soil prep (4“topsoil) and planting Bermuda sod along affected areas and edges of the new sidewalk. The sidewalk will be approximately 148’ long.
