Description: The City of Portland, Texas ("City") hereby issues this Request for Bid ("RFB"). The City is seeking Bids from firms interested and qualified to provide a 200kW Diesel Generator for use as an emergency backup generator. Minority and Women Owned Businesses (MWBEs) are encouraged to participate. The Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the title "SEALED BID - RFB 6272 PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY BACKUP GENERATOR" as well as Bidder's name, address, and contact information. The deadline for submission of Bids is July 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CT (Central Time).
