The County of Siskiyou Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Behavioral Health Division ("County"), is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide Specialty Mental Health Services for eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries residing in Siskiyou County.

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the County seeks qualified provider(s) to deliver one or more of the following behavioral health services:

Service Area A

• Day Treatment Intensive (DTI)

• Day Rehabilitation (DTR)

Respondents may submit proposals for DTI, DTR, or both.

The County intends to award one or more contracts to the respondent(s) whose proposals are determined to be in the best interest of the County.
