	Project Description		One-Two Sentences ECU is seeking design services to perform a space analysis and feasibility study to determine whether a renovation of Umstead Residence Hall can accommodate the needs of the ECU Police Department. Expected deliverables include - Space blocking diagrams - Identification of construction opportunities and constraints - Budget estimates, - Phasing (if applicable) - Estimated construction durations Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
