Notes	The City of Punta Gorda is seeking removal of existing 1,342 Sq. Ft. flooring inclusive of an existing ADA ramp. Prepping subfloor and ramp for installation of new vinyl glue down plank flooring per manufacturer’s recommendations in compliance with Florida Code as well as any other code(s) deemed applicable to complete the necessary improvements. FEMA Requirements By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the System for Award Management prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation. If registration prior to award is not possible, the awardee shall be registered in the System for Award Management within 30 days after award or before three days prior to submission of the first invoice, whichever occurs first.
