This RFQ is a Brand Name or Equal, Small Business Set-Aside for CathWorks FFRangio System and Accessories in support of VA Las Vegas Health Care System. Please refer to the attached RFQ document 36C26126Q0971 and carefully read the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Products to ensure quotes submitted are complete and conforming to the solicitation's requirements.
