Notes	This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to provide comprehensive urological mesh and slings for the department urology at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC) as further described in Attribute 2 - Introduction.
