1. Removing existing window drapery and hardware, fabricating new pinch pleat drapery from customer owned material and installing new window hardware and drapery.

1. Removing existing window shades and hardware, fabricating new flat roman shades from customer owned material, and installing new window shades and hardware.

1. Removing existing door glass window coverings, fabricating new roller shade covering from vendor supplied material, and installing new door glass roller shades and hardware.

1. Contractor to supply customer specified mounting hardware and linings as specified for pinch pleat drapery, flat roman shades, and door glass roller shades.

1. Patch and touch-up paints to match existing finishes.
