Description: Churchill County is currently accepting bids to perform renovations on four (4) existing buildings at 280, 282, 290, and 292 Quail Way, Fallon, Nevada, for the New Pass House and Day Center. The work to include the following: Demo existing walls and doorways to improve accessibility for ADA requirements. Remove/replace carpet/tile, including baseboards. Construct interior walls. Remove and replace kitchen/bathroom fixtures, including toilets and supply lines. Remove existing hot water heaters and replace with tankless water heaters. Remove existing hot water boiler and registers for heating. Remove existing swamp coolers/window AC units. Remove and replace lighting fixtures with LED fixtures. Remove and replace all receptacles, switches, and wall plates. Prime and paint interior walls and ceilings. Remove existing furnace(s) and install new furnace(s) with new AC condensers in units 280 and 282. Remove existing boilers and baseboard registers and install new mini-split heating/cooling systems in units 290 and 292. Install wiring for cameras and door access points as required. Install security cameras and door access points. Concrete sidewalk and stairs. ADA ramps. Place Decomposed granite in landscape areas. Project plans and scope of work are included in the specifications marked as Exhibit A. The specification may be supplemented with more detailed drawings, descriptions, and requirements at the mandatory pre-bid meeting, which shall automatically become part of the bid packet. This work receives federal funds, and successful bidders shall comply with all federal requirements for infrastructure projects including the minimum hourly wages as determined by the United States Department of Labor pursuant to the Davis-Bacon Act 40 USC § 3141 et. seq. this project is not subject to Nevada Labor Commission SB207.
