Notice is given that on Tuesday March 17, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly

open separate sealed bids for Emergency Relief Structure ERS07 Rehabilitation, Project Number 809216,

Contract Number 25P346.

The work of this project includes the modification of tunnel workspaces, the removal and disposal of existing vault

roof support systems, the removal and replacement of OA duct support system, while providing provide temporary

odorous air (OA) duct for ventilation, and traffic control in the work area.
