The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:

SCOPE: To contract with an experienced, competent, and licensed Marine Contractor for Seawall Maintenance Program Replacements and as needed Repairs. This is a rebid of Solicitation F2024111.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: Bidder must currently hold one of the following licenses/certification to bid:  State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Registered General Contractor (RG), or State of Florida Certified Marine Specialty Contractor (SCC), or City of Punta Gorda Certificate of Competency for Special Contractor Marine Construction is required to perform services for this is project.

Solicitation Package Protest deadline:  August 26, 2025at3:00 PM ET

NON-Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference:  August 29, 2025at9:30 AM ETat Procurement Conference Room, 126 Harvey St – 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL

Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline:  September 15, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET

Submittal due date and time:  September 22, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.
