Description:	The Village of Carol Stream is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the preparation and painting of exterior siding at the Public Works Facility. Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, surface preparation, painting, trim, caulking, flashing, and related work necessary to provide a complete finished project in accordance with the contract specifications and applicable industry standards.
Additional Description:	These services include the preparation and painting of existing exterior siding at designated Public Works facilities. The intent of this bid is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor capable of providing a complete, durable, and professionally finished coating system in a workmanlike manner. All work shall include proper surface preparation, cleaning, priming where required, and application of finish coatings to achieve a uniform and weather-resistant result. All work shall comply with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards, while minimizing disruption to Village operations.
