Project Description: The Columbia County Board of Commissioners has issued this Request for Proposal for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from firms to provide NPDES Sampling and Reporting. The selected provider would be responsible for providing samples as required in accordance with EPD Construction General Permits (GAR100001, 100002, and 100003) and prepare responses in Georgia EPD Online System (GEOS) for County Staff approval.
