Project Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Education of the Elk Grove Unified School District, County of Sacramento, State of California, will receive sealed bids up to but no later than DECEMBER 1, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. P.ST. for:
BID# 810-25/26 REMOVE AND REPLACE STAGE CURTAINS AND RELATED ITEMS
The Bid must be obtained, submitted, and received electronically online through the EGUSD online Bonfire Procurement Portal at https://egusd.bonfirehub.com
A MANDATORY Pre-Bidders Conference will be held on NOVEMBER 18, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. at Samuel Kennedy Elementary School, located at 7037 Briggs Dr., Sacramento, CA 95828. Up to six (6) additional sites will be visited and every Bidder MUST attend the entire Pre-Bidders Conference. The Pre-Bidders Conference will start on time and bidders that arrive after the time stated above will not be allowed to attend. Any bidder bidding on the proposal who fails to attend the entire Pre-Bidders Conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its proposal returned unopened.
Bids will not be opened or read publicly and will be opened in accordance with the procedures set forth in Public Contract Code Sections 20112 and 1601.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids received in whole or part, to waive any irregularities in the bids or bidding, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of products and services being offered.
